Assistant Training Specialist
Having graduated from SUA, obtained an MSc from Universiteit Ghent, and earned a PhD from the University of Reading, Dr. Lucy Chove now lectures undergraduates and postgraduates in the Department of Food Science and Technology at SUA. She has wide practical experience in all aspects of food processing & preservation, nutrition and product development and is actively involved in internationally-funded research. At iAGRI, Lucy serves as Assistant Training Specialist and supports degree trainees as they pursue their studies.
